    The C5AR1 antibody is a premium polyclonal antibody suitable for the detection of the human C5AR1 protein. It is available as the unconjugated IgG isoform. This C5AR1 antibody is raised in the rabbit against a partial recombinant protein corresponding to amino acids 1-36 of human C5AR1. This C5AR1 antibody is purified by protein G affinity chromatography with a purity of up to 95%. And it is recommended for use in ELISA, WB, and IF applications.

    Its target protein C5AR1 mainly functions to activate immune cells in response to complement activation, leading to pathogen and damaged cell clearance. C5AR1 can also contribute to inflammation and tissue damage in various inflammatory diseases.

  • 功能:
    Receptor for the chemotactic and inflammatory peptide anaphylatoxin C5a. The ligand interacts with at least two sites on the receptor: a high-affinity site on the extracellular N-terminus, and a second site in the transmembrane region which activates downstream signaling events. Receptor activation stimulates chemotaxis, granule enzyme release, intracellular calcium release and superoxide anion production.
