Immunofluorescence staining of MCF-7 cells with CSB-PA011836LA01HU at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

The IRX4 antibody can be used to recognize the human IRX4 protein. A rabbit got immunization with the recombinant human IRX4 protein (287-363aa). After that, an immune response occurred in the rabbit producing large amounts of antibodies against the IRX4 protein. The rabbit's blood was collected and isolated to get the anti-serum, which was protein G-purified to obtain the IRX4 polyclonal antibody (purity 95%+). This IRX4 antibody has accessed its specificity in ELISA, WB, and IF applications.
The IRX4 plays a crucial role in cardiac development and is essential for proper heart function. Specifically, IRX4 is involved in regulating the differentiation of cardiac conduction cells, which are specialized cells that help coordinate the rhythmic contraction of the heart muscle. Mutations in IRX4 have been linked to several heart conditions, including atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia.
