復溶:We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

產(chǎn)品描述:Recombinant Human Thrombospondin-1 (THBS1) is a partial length protein expressed with an N-terminal His-tagged or Tag-Free. Its purity was determined by SDS-PAGE and reached up to 85%. The activity of this protein isn’t tested. This recombinant THBS1 protein may be used to synthesize antibodies against THBS1 or on the studies of THBS1-associated signal transduction.
THBS1, a subunit of a disulfide-linked homotrimeric protein, is an adhesive glycoprotein that mediates cell-to-cell and cell-to-matrix interactions. This protein can bind to heparin, fibrinogen, fibronectin and laminin. It may play a role in dentinogenesis and/or maintenance of dentin and dental pulp. THBS1 can mediate antiangiogenic properties as a ligand for CD36. It also plays a role in ER stress response by interacting with the activating transcription factor 6 alpha (ATF6). Additionally, this protein also has been shown to play roles in platelet aggregation and tumorigenesis. -
