Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

功能:Catalyzes the initial reaction in O-linked oligosaccharide biosynthesis, the transfer of an N-acetyl-D-galactosamine residue to a serine or threonine residue on the protein receptor. Has a much stronger activity than GALNT1 to transfer GalNAc to mucin peptides, such as Muc5Ac and Muc7. Able to glycosylate SDC3. Probably responsible for the synthesis of Tn antigen in neuronal cells.
