    We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

  • 功能：
    Plays an important role in the survival and pathogenicity of P.syringae. Phaseolotoxin is a virulence factor that inhibits the catalysis of the host OTCase. Phaseolotoxin-producing bacteria do not suffer autointoxication because they possess the anabolic OTCase ArgK which can function even in the presence of phaseolotoxin. Reversibly catalyzes the transfer of the carbamoyl group from carbamoyl phosphate (CP) to the N(epsilon) atom of ornithine (ORN) to produce L-citrulline, which is a substrate for argininosuccinate synthetase, the enzyme involved in the final step in arginine biosynthesis.
