共軛:Avi-tag Biotinylated
E. coli biotin ligase (BirA) is highly specific in covalently attaching biotin to the 15 amino acid AviTag peptide. This recombinant protein was biotinylated in vivo by AviTag-BirA technology, which method is BriA catalyzes amide linkage between the biotin and the specific lysine of the AviTag.

蛋白標(biāo)簽:Tag?type?will?be?determined?during?the?manufacturing?process.
The tag type will be determined during production process. If you have specified tag type, please tell us and we will develop the specified tag preferentially. -
產(chǎn)品提供形式:Lyophilized powder
Note: We will preferentially ship the format that we have in stock, however, if you have any special requirement for the format, please remark your requirement when placing the order, we will prepare according to your demand. -
復(fù)溶:We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
-
儲存條件:Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
保質(zhì)期:The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature and the stability of the protein itself.
Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C. -
貨期:Delivery time may differ from different purchasing way or location, please kindly consult your local distributors for specific delivery time.Note: All of our proteins are default shipped with normal blue ice packs, if you request to ship with dry ice, please communicate with us in advance and extra fees will be charged.
-
注意事項:Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended. Store working aliquots at 4°C for up to one week.

靶點(diǎn)詳情

功能:Protein kinase that is part of growth control pathway which is at least partially redundant with the cAMP pathway. Regulates both BCY1 phosphorylation and MPK1 activity. Regulates ribosome biogenesis, translation initiation, and entry into stationary phase in a TORC1-dependent manner.

基因功能參考文獻(xiàn):
- results suggest that Sch9p pathways modulate acetic acid-induced cell death, through the regulation of Isc1p cellular distribution, thus affecting the sphingolipid balance that regulates cell fate. PMID: 29496584
- Findings demonstrate the ability of the Sch9 protein to form specific intracellular structures, at least some of which possess amyloid-like properties. In addition, Sch9 overproduction was found to cause cell elongation, and this effect was determined by its C-terminal region containing kinase domains. PMID: 29494682
- SCH9 deletion causes the upregulation of many amino acid biosynthesis pathways and increases glycerol during fermentation. When Gcn4p was overexpressed during winemaking, increased glycerol production was also observed. PMID: 27956494
- The decrease of ubiquitinated proteins in sch9Delta cells in log phase is not caused by changes in ubiquitin expression, proteasome activity, or autophagy, but by enhanced expression of stress response factors and a decreased level of oxidative stress. PMID: 26087116
- lifespan regulation by PKA and Sch9 mediated by Maf1 through distinct mechanisms PMID: 25720796
- Sch9 regulates sphingolipid metabolites, which play a crucial role in the regulation of stress tolerance and longevity of yeast cells. PMID: 24196832
- Snf1 clearly phosphorylates Hcm1 while Sch9 exerts a milder phosphorylation. PMID: 23481038
- Mitochondrial genomic dysfunction causes dephosphorylation of Sch9. PMID: 21841122
- Data show that Sch9 regulates PKA directly and that SCH9 deletion enhances PKA activity. PMID: 21888905
- Taken together with previous studies, these results suggest that Sch9 is a master regulator of ribosome biogenesis through the control of ribosome biogenesis, ribosomal protein, ribosomal RNA and tRNA gene transcription. PMID: 21730963
- Sch9 is involved in optimal regulation of ribosome biogenesis by TORC1, but is dispensable for the essential aspects of ribosome biogenesis and cell growth, suggesting that TORC1 controls cell growth through Sch9-dependent and independent mechanisms. PMID: 19823048
- Sch9p may affect signal transduction pathways which regulate proteins that are specifically required for HOT1-stimulated exchange PMID: 15349770
- results demonstrate that PKA and Sch9 are key elements of separate signaling cascades PMID: 15661010
- Sch9 is required for TORC1 to properly regulate ribosome biogenesis, translation initiation, and entry into G0 phase, but not expression of Gln3-dependent genes. PMID: 17560372
- Sch9 is required for the proper recruitment of Hog1 at the same genes PMID: 17568771
- The present results suggest that autophagy is controlled by the signals from at least three partly separate nutrient-sensing pathways that include PKA, Sch9, and TORC1. PMID: 17699586
- The deletion of SCH9 but not calorie restriction, protects against the age-dependent defects in sgs1 mutants by inhibiting error-prone recombination and preventing DNA damage and dedifferentiation. PMID: 18195102
- SCH9 negatively regulates the chronological life span and the replicative life span through inhibition of respiratory genes. PMID: 18469137
- Our data favour a model in which (1) the role of Sch9 in the general stress response switches depending on TORC1 activity and (2) Sch9 and TORC1 have independent and additive effects on genes induced upon nitrogen and amino acid starvation. PMID: 18759743
- Sch9 regulates RNA polymerases I and III, the latter via Maf1, in addition to translation initiation and the expression of ribosomal protein and ribosome biogenesis genes PMID: 19684113
