Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

功能:Required to prevent anaphase onset in cytostatic factor-arrested oocytes. Inhibits the anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C) ubiquitin ligase and prevents cyclin degradation. Probably recognizes and binds to some phosphorylated proteins and promotes their ubiquitination and degradation.
