標(biāo)簽抗體
標(biāo)簽抗體,是指能夠高度特異性識別通過重組技術(shù)構(gòu)建的融合蛋白上特殊表位的抗體,可用于檢測和純化多種具有相同標(biāo)記的蛋白質(zhì)??乖砦?,又稱抗原決定簇,是抗原分子中決定抗原特異性的特殊區(qū)域或基團(tuán),是與抗體特異性結(jié)合的結(jié)構(gòu)或序列。隨著生物技術(shù)的發(fā)展,科研人員可以通過DNA重組技術(shù),構(gòu)建包含目的基因以及表位標(biāo)記的融合蛋白,進(jìn)而通過特異性標(biāo)簽抗體對其鑒定與純化,以達(dá)到研究的需求。

內(nèi)參抗體
內(nèi)參即是內(nèi)部參照(Internal Control),對于哺乳動物細(xì)胞表達(dá)來說一般是指由管家基因編碼表達(dá)的蛋白(Housekeeping Proteins),它們在各組織和細(xì)胞中的表達(dá)相對恒定,在檢測蛋白的表達(dá)水平變化時(shí)常用它來做參照物。
