ASPA
ASPA，即天冬氨酸酶，它是一種在生物體內具有多種功能的蛋白質 。ASPA由日本國際熱傳導株式會社的研究人員于1975年發(fā)現(xiàn)，分子量為21.1 kDa，由兩個等量的多肽鏈組成，包含10個氨基酸 。它在細胞內參與促進細胞增殖、誘導細胞凋亡、調節(jié)細胞周期和參與細胞信號傳遞等多種生物學過程 。在腫瘤研究中，ASPA被用作藥物靶點，能夠與腫瘤細胞中的蛋白質相互作用，抑制腫瘤細胞的生長和擴散 。ASPA在藥物發(fā)現(xiàn)中具有廣泛的應用，可以作為治療癌癥的藥物靶點，例如抑制ASPA活性的藥物可以抑制癌細胞的生長和擴散 。此外，ASPA還可以作為生物標志物，用于檢測疾病的程度和治療效果 。在生物學意義上，ASPA的活性和表達水平與多種疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關，是醫(yī)學研究和治療中的一個重要靶點。
