CD40

CD40（又稱為Bp50）是一種細(xì)胞表面蛋白質(zhì)，屬于腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族（TNF receptor superfamily）的成員之一，CD40是一種單鏈型跨膜蛋白，包括一個(gè)胞外區(qū)域、一個(gè)跨膜區(qū)域和一個(gè)胞漿區(qū)域。它的胞外區(qū)域可以與其配體CD40L（CD40配體）結(jié)合，觸發(fā)信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)。CD40是免疫系統(tǒng)中的關(guān)鍵調(diào)節(jié)分子，對(duì)于體液免疫應(yīng)答、免疫記憶的形成以及免疫調(diào)節(jié)都具有重要意義。它的功能擴(kuò)展到B細(xì)胞激活、抗原呈遞和炎癥調(diào)節(jié)等多個(gè)層面，因此對(duì)于理解免疫系統(tǒng)如何應(yīng)對(duì)感染、自身免疫疾病以及癌癥等疾病的研究具有重要價(jià)值。此外，CD40信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)也在免疫治療研究中被廣泛研究，以開(kāi)發(fā)新的治療方法來(lái)增強(qiáng)或抑制免疫系統(tǒng)的特定響應(yīng)。
