GPR84

GPR84是一種G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體,即中鏈脂肪酸受體。它在多種細胞類型中表達,包括中性粒細胞等免疫細胞。GPR84的作用機制涉及通過與脂肪酸等配體結(jié)合,激活下游信號通路,影響細胞的遷移、脫顆粒和氧化應(yīng)激反應(yīng)。在信號傳導(dǎo)方面,GPR84能夠通過Lyn-AKT/ERK通路進行信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo),進而調(diào)控氧化應(yīng)激關(guān)鍵蛋白p47PHOX的活性,參與活性氧簇(ROS)的產(chǎn)生。在生物學(xué)意義上,GPR84參與調(diào)控炎癥反應(yīng)和免疫應(yīng)答,尤其在急性肺損傷(ALI)等疾病中發(fā)揮重要作用,其表達的變化與肺部炎癥因子水平、肺組織損傷程度密切相關(guān)。因此,GPR84被認為是治療急性肺損傷等炎癥性疾病的潛在藥物靶點。
