NTMT1
NTMT1，即蛋白質α-N-末端甲基轉移酶1，別名NRMT1、METTL11A。這是一種在蛋白質N末端添加甲基的轉移甲基化酶，已被確定為腫瘤發(fā)生和進展的關鍵參與者。NTMT1通過在底物α-N-末端上引入甲基，能夠調節(jié)有絲分裂、染色質相互作用、DNA修復和維持基因組穩(wěn)定性。此外，NTMT1在多種癌癥中過表達，包括黑色素瘤、結直腸癌和宮頸癌，其表達水平與腫瘤的預后和進展有關，表明它在腫瘤發(fā)展中的重要作用。
