SINHCAF

SINHCAF,即SIN3-HDAC復(fù)合體相關(guān)因子,別名FAM60A、TERA。這是一種在人類細(xì)胞中發(fā)現(xiàn)的蛋白質(zhì),參與調(diào)控基因表達(dá)。SINHCAF是組蛋白去乙?;笍?fù)合體的組分之一,通過與SIN3A和HDAC1等蛋白相互作用,促進(jìn)組蛋白去乙?;?,從而抑制基因的表達(dá)。在斑馬魚中,SINHCAF對于原始生殖細(xì)胞(PGC)的形成至關(guān)重要,其敲除會導(dǎo)致PGC數(shù)量減少,影響性別比例,而過表達(dá)則會增加PGC數(shù)量,并傾向于雌性。此外,SINHCAF還參與負(fù)向調(diào)控細(xì)胞遷移,是Sin3復(fù)合體的一部分,對維持胚胎干細(xì)胞的快速增殖潛力和防止過早的細(xì)胞系分化至關(guān)重要。這些功能表明SINHCAF在細(xì)胞命運(yùn)決定和發(fā)育過程中扮演著重要角色。
