SSTR2
SSTR2（Somatostatin Receptor 2）是一種G蛋白耦聯(lián)受體蛋白，屬于生長抑素受體家族，它在細胞信號傳導(dǎo)和生長抑素調(diào)節(jié)中發(fā)揮作用。SSTR2是生長抑素（somatostatin）的一個重要受體。生長抑素是一種多功能激素，能夠抑制多種生長因子和激素的分泌，包括生長激素、胰島素和胃液等。當(dāng)生長抑素結(jié)合到SSTR2上時，它可以抑制相應(yīng)激素的分泌和細胞生長，從而調(diào)節(jié)多種生理過程。特定SSTR2激動劑和拮抗劑已經(jīng)用于治療某些疾病，例如神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌腫瘤和甲狀腺疾病。其在多個生理過程中發(fā)揮作用，是一個潛力無限的靶點。
