    CUSABIO's product CSB-MP004953HU is a recombinant human T-cell antigen CD7. It is produced by the expression of the DNA fragment corresponding to 26-180 AA of the human CD7 protein in mammalian cells. This CD7 protein is fused with a hFc-Myc-tag at the C-terminus. It has been validated to be active through the functional ELISA (bind to the SECTM1, EC50 is 1.236-1.773 ng/ml) and LSPR assay (bind to human SECTM1 protein with an affinity constant of 1.84 nM). The purity of this CD7 protein is greater than 94.5% measured by SDS-PAGE. It contains less endotoxin, <1.0 EU/ug determined by the LAL method. And it is available now.

    CD7 is a cell surface costimulatory molecule expressed on T and NK cells and on cells in the early stages of T-, B-, and myeloid cell differentiation. CD7 binding to its ligand K12/SECTM1 plays a costimulatory role in T-cell activation.
