CD7

CD7分子是一個含有40 kDa的單鏈糖蛋白分子,屬于免疫球蛋白超家族。CD7分子是人體免疫細(xì)胞膜上一類重要的表面標(biāo)志物,在淋巴細(xì)胞發(fā)育成熟過程中發(fā)揮協(xié)同刺激分子受體的作用。作為T細(xì)胞表面的高特異性靶點(diǎn),CD7與大多數(shù)T細(xì)胞血液腫瘤的發(fā)生和發(fā)展息息相關(guān),包括幼稚T細(xì)胞腫瘤(T-ALL/LBL/NKT細(xì)胞白血病)和成熟T細(xì)胞腫瘤(外周T細(xì)胞淋巴瘤、NKT細(xì)胞淋巴瘤、間變大細(xì)胞淋巴瘤)。CD7和抗體或者抗體衍生物結(jié)合后會迅速內(nèi)化,這使得針對CD7分子的抗體非常適合作用藥物運(yùn)輸工具。CD7分子被認(rèn)為與疾病侵襲性、耐藥性及不良預(yù)后密切相關(guān)。目前,CD7分子作為靶向抗腫瘤治療的新靶點(diǎn),將為CD7+復(fù)發(fā)/難治性血液系統(tǒng)惡性疾病治療提供新的研究方向。
