神經(jīng)元——神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和機(jī)能單位。主要部分包括樹突、胞體、軸突、細(xì)胞膜。樹突形狀似分叉眾多的樹枝,上面散布許多枝狀突起,因此有可能接受來(lái)自許多其他細(xì)胞的輸入。胞體內(nèi)有細(xì)胞核,而且絕大多數(shù)維持細(xì)胞生命的細(xì)胞器都在其中。軸突為細(xì)胞的輸出端,從胞體延伸出來(lái),一般很長(zhǎng)。許多軸突由髓鞘包裹,其作用是與其他細(xì)胞的信息流絕緣。

膽堿能神經(jīng)元(Cholinergic neurons)
能合成乙酰膽堿,興奮時(shí)能從末梢釋放乙酰膽堿的傳出神經(jīng)稱為膽堿能神經(jīng)。皮層和其他腦區(qū)的膽堿能神經(jīng)元可參與睡眠、運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)能、攻擊行為,特別是學(xué)習(xí)和記憶等高級(jí)功能的調(diào)節(jié)。

谷氨酸能神經(jīng)元(Glutamatergic neurons)
谷氨酸能神經(jīng)元是中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)最為重要的興奮性神經(jīng)元。當(dāng)神經(jīng)元中谷氨酸被囊泡谷氨酸轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)體(vesicular glutamate transporters,VGLUTs)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)進(jìn)入突觸囊泡(synaptic vesicle),突觸囊泡再與突觸前膜融合后,谷氨酸才能被釋放到突觸間隙中并作為神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)發(fā)揮作用,才可以確定該神經(jīng)元是谷氨酸能的。

5-羥色胺能神經(jīng)元(Serotonergic neurons)
5-羥色胺最早是從血清中發(fā)現(xiàn)的,又名血清素,廣泛存在于哺乳動(dòng)物組織中,特別在大腦皮層質(zhì)及神經(jīng)突觸內(nèi)含量很高,它也是一種抑制性神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)。在外周組織,5-羥色胺是一種強(qiáng)血管收縮劑和平滑肌收縮刺激劑。在體內(nèi),5-羥色胺可以經(jīng)單胺氧化酶催化成5-羥色醛以及5-羥吲哚乙酸而隨尿液排出體外。

也稱神經(jīng)膠質(zhì),是廣泛分布于中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的,除了神經(jīng)元以外的所有細(xì)胞,在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中數(shù)量大約是神經(jīng)元的十倍。具有支持、滋養(yǎng)神經(jīng)元的作用,也有吸收和調(diào)節(jié)某些活性物質(zhì)的功能。
神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞分類:
- 星形膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞
- 小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞
- 少突膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞
星形膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞(Astrocyte)
最大的神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞,胞體直徑3-5微米,核呈圓球形常位于中央,淡染。它有許多長(zhǎng)突起,其中一個(gè)或幾個(gè)伸向鄰近的毛細(xì)血管,突起的末端膨大形成血管足突,圍繞血管的內(nèi)皮基膜形成一層膠質(zhì)膜。星形細(xì)胞又分為原漿型和纖維型兩種。

體小致密呈長(zhǎng)形。核中染色質(zhì)甚濃,核隨細(xì)胞體的長(zhǎng)軸亦呈長(zhǎng)形。小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞的數(shù)量雖不多,但在灰、白質(zhì)中都有,有些吞噬的小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞顯然來(lái)自血細(xì)胞的生成中的單核細(xì)胞干細(xì)胞,而不是神經(jīng)起源的,在受傷后出現(xiàn)許多侵入的噬食細(xì)胞。

少突膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞(Oligodendrocyte)
比星形細(xì)胞小,直徑1-3微米,突起也比其他膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞少而短,無(wú)血管足,胞漿中不生成纖維,但較星形細(xì)胞有更多的線粒體。中樞神經(jīng)組織的髓鞘是由少突細(xì)胞突起形成的,因此,其功能與外周神經(jīng)的許旺氏細(xì)胞相同。少突膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞的主要功能是在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中包繞軸突、形成絕緣的髓鞘結(jié)構(gòu)、協(xié)助生物電信號(hào)的跳躍式高效傳遞并維持和保護(hù)神經(jīng)元的正常功能。
