KCNQ3

KCNQ3,即鉀電壓門控通道亞家族Q成員3,別名Kv7.3、KCNQ2-like protein、KCNQ3 potassium channel等。KCNQ3基因位于人類3號染色體上,編碼的蛋白質(zhì)屬于電壓門控鉀離子通道家族成員。KCNQ3的作用機制是通過形成鉀離子通道,調(diào)節(jié)鉀離子的流動,從而控制細(xì)胞膜電位,維持神經(jīng)元的興奮性。在神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中,KCNQ3與KCNQ2或KCNQ5等亞單位形成異源四聚體,構(gòu)成M型鉀通道,參與調(diào)節(jié)神經(jīng)元的靜息膜電位和動作電位的復(fù)極化過程。KCNQ3功能異常與多種神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病相關(guān),如癲癇、神經(jīng)性疼痛等。此外,KCNQ3的表達(dá)和功能也與腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展有關(guān),是研究和治療相關(guān)疾病的潛在靶點。

Immunofluorescence staining of HepG2 cells with CSB-PA012091LA01HU at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
