ULBP1

UL16結(jié)合蛋白-1(UL16-binding protein 1,ULBP1)又稱NKG2DL,屬于ULBPs家族的成員,是NKG2D的配體之一。而NKG2D是免疫效應(yīng)細胞上表達的一種活化性受體,能夠識別不同的MHC-I類相關(guān)分子MHCA、MHCB和另一類MHC-I類相關(guān)分子ULBPs,這些配體在正常細胞中不常見,在病毒感染、腫瘤惡性轉(zhuǎn)化等條件下誘導(dǎo)表達。ULBP1配體可激活自然殺傷細胞(NK)和CD8+T細胞的NKG2D受體,從而觸發(fā)免疫殺傷。研究人員發(fā)現(xiàn),ULBP1在子癇前期(PE)患者外周血外泌體中的高表達,可能會為PE的診治提供一定依據(jù)。此外,有關(guān)實驗數(shù)據(jù)表明ULBP1在人類肝細胞癌(HCC)中大量表達。且NKG2D受體和ULBP1的表達與HCC炎性細胞的存在密切相關(guān)。另有研究提示,肝切除術(shù)后的早期復(fù)發(fā)與ULBP1的表達缺失密切相關(guān)。因此,ULBP1有望成為HCC免疫治療的分子靶點。
