炎性細(xì)胞因子(inflammatory cytokines)是指調(diào)節(jié)各種炎癥反應(yīng)的細(xì)胞因子,主要包括促炎細(xì)胞因子和抗炎細(xì)胞因子兩種類(lèi)型。 促炎細(xì)胞因子和抗炎細(xì)胞因子之間的平衡對(duì)于維持免疫系統(tǒng)的正常功能和組織修復(fù)至關(guān)重要。
促炎細(xì)胞因子(Pro-inflammatory cytokines)
促炎細(xì)胞因子主要由Th1細(xì)胞、CD4+細(xì)胞、巨噬細(xì)胞和樹(shù)突狀細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生,參與炎癥反應(yīng)的上調(diào),以IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、IL-12、IL-18、TNF-α和IFN-γ等促炎細(xì)胞因子最為常見(jiàn)。這些細(xì)胞因子在感染、組織損傷和其他病理刺激時(shí),起到激活和招募其他免疫細(xì)胞的作用,幫助機(jī)體對(duì)外來(lái)病原體和損傷做出適當(dāng)?shù)膽?yīng)答。
抗炎細(xì)胞因子(Anti-inflammatory cytokines)
抗炎細(xì)胞因子主要作用是抑制炎癥過(guò)程,平衡免疫反應(yīng),防止過(guò)度的炎癥反應(yīng)導(dǎo)致組織損傷和疾病發(fā)展。主要的抗炎細(xì)胞因子包括IL-1受體拮抗劑(IL-1ra)、IL-4、IL-10。值得注意的是,INF-α、TGF-β、IL-6、IL-11和IL-13在不同細(xì)胞類(lèi)型和環(huán)境下可分為抗炎或促炎細(xì)胞因子。
