感染類疾病
感染類疾病是由細菌、病毒、真菌和寄生蟲等不同病原體引起的疾病,能夠影響人體各個系統(tǒng)和器官。這些疾病可以表現(xiàn)為輕微的皮膚感染,也可以是嚴重的全身性感染,如敗血癥。常見的感染類疾病包括細菌性肺炎、尿路感染、結(jié)核病;病毒性感染如流感、艾滋病、登革熱、COVID-19;真菌性感染如念珠菌病、癬??;以及寄生蟲感染如瘧疾、弓形蟲病。

在藥物研發(fā)方面,進展如下:
- 抗菌藥物:研究集中在開發(fā)新型抗生素以對抗耐藥性問題,探索新的分子實體和作用機制,包括β內(nèi)酰胺類、大環(huán)內(nèi)酯類、喹諾酮類和碳青霉烯類抗生素的新型變體。
