血液和淋巴疾病

- 凝血障礙:凝血障礙是指血液凝固過(guò)程受到影響的疾病,如血友病。在這一領(lǐng)域,新藥物的研發(fā)主要集中在替代療法和基因療法。例如,重組凝血因子的開(kāi)發(fā)為血友病患者提供了有效的替代治療。此外,基因療法的研究也在不斷進(jìn)展,旨在通過(guò)修復(fù)或替換有缺陷的基因來(lái)治療凝血障礙。
- 血小板異常:血小板異常疾病包括血小板數(shù)量減少或功能異常,如免疫性血小板減少性紫癜(ITP)。治療ITP的新藥物,如血小板生成素受體激動(dòng)劑(thrombopoietin receptor agonists, TPO-RAs),通過(guò)模擬血小板生成素的作用,增加血小板的產(chǎn)生,從而減少出血風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
